The Founder & CEO of Ingenious Talent Management Services, and Former Ambassador of LAJA – a women empowerment forum, Asmita Gajjar is a passionate entrepreneur, trainer, facilitator and coach with over 17 years of experience in diverse industry roles like Training, Recruitment, Business Consulting and Creative Writing. In 2004, she started her entrepreneurial journey with a little help from her friends and trusted professional relations she had built during her tenure with an IT company. From the scratch, she built her recruitment business and worked with companies like Jeena & Co., Siyaram Silk Mills Ltd. Gitanjali, The Bombay Stores, PVR, Lifestyle and Bajaj Electricals to name a few. Soon, in 8 years, she spread her wings in the domain of Soft Skills &
behavioral skills training,HR & business process consulting and digital content consulting. She has worked with hundreds of individuals, professionals and companies and has aided their success journey through her training, consulting, counseling and coaching. In her capacity as a Trainer, Facilitator & Coach, she has successfully designed and delivered some of the creatively challenging and result-driven projects and have facilitated workshops for companies like Tata Motors, Tata Technologies, Tata International, NBHC, Nelito, Reliance Home Finance, to name a few.
