Ashish Mishra, a young computer science & engineering graduate from Amity University, Lucknow. He is working on Sustainable Development Goals Game to teach the importance of SDG’s among kids around the world with Perception Change Project Team of United Nations office of Geneva(UNOG).In this project he worked with students of Tsinghua University, China on the development & marketing of the game under the banner of Geneva Tsinghua Initiative. He has also been a part of CERN ChatBot of CERN, where he was responsible for the branding & marketing of CERN bot in Europe. In the early days of his college, he got a chance to work with MIT Media Lab professors on the project Kumbhathon in Nashik, where he worked as a innovator & developed the dashboard of Kumbh Mela App for that he was listed in MIT Media Lab blog post under the title “The Sounds and effects of Impact Innovation in Emerging Worlds. Kumbhathon aims to foster new ventures by empowering smart citizens for smart cities. He is a co-founding member of Mozilla Uttar Pradesh Community where he began his journey in the field of Open Source. In this nonprofit global organization he has earned so many global recognition like secured a mention in the Mozilla Credit Page, Listed in Top 10 globally in Army of Awesome & Mozilla Support Forum project, Listed in top 4 localizers in the world on Mozilla Learning Blog, represented Mozilla India at Maker Fest, Ahmedabad where he was selected among 8 Mozillians across India and ended up becoming one of the official Mozilla Representative in India. During college days, he was the brand ambassador of many companies or institutions like Twenty19, FirstNaukari, IIT Bombay TechFest, E-summits etc. where has done a major role in promoting the brands in campus & building communities. Ashish was a Facilitator of one of the initiatives of Google known as Applied CS with Android, where he worked with faculties & students of Amity University, Lucknow Campus to use Applied CS Skills to provide students with hands-on coding practice and enhance their career trajectory after taking training from Google Gurgaon office. He have a passion to bring technology events & global organizations to his hometown Lucknow, keeping that in mind he conducted Google I/O Extended in the year 2017 for the youth and now he is organizing TEDx event for the very first time in Lucknow to create TEDx community of influential people in or around Lucknow.
Ashish was selected as a delegate in many global programs like World Bank Group Youth Summit 2017, Washington, DC in top 200 around the world, Asia Pacific Youth Exchange 2018, Manila, Philippines, Harvard Project for Asian and International Relations (HPAIR), Hong Kong among top 500 students in the world, Harvard Us-India Initiative 2017 held at Mumbai, India and awarded by Amity Institute of Behavioral and Applied Science for initiatives towards community services, presented in Youth Zest 2015 on International Youth Day 2015.
