Asha Rochani is a Graduate in Commerce from Maharaja Siyajirao University-Baroda Gujarat and completed Master’s in Human Resources & Master’s in Social Work from IGNOU Delhi.
Because of my poor family Back ground, after completion of my high school level Study & commerce graduation in government high School / college, I accepted the JOB to Support my Family as my father lost the job because of companies’closure and as I do not have Brother.
I started my career as “RECEPTIONIST “(Front Desk Executive) and during my first job it was a challenge to face difficulties, learning lots of things as this was a corporate office. It encouraged me to learn with Human resources department as this department covers each and every aspects of the employer & employees irrespective of its gender.
During my 14 years long, professional career I had an opportunity to serve in 9 different domestic, Multinational companies, small, Medium & large-Scale companies in different sectors like Pharma, Engineering, Agriculture, Chemical, IT. While working with MNCs it was an opportunity to accept the challenge to be a vice president-HR after my completion of Master degree in Human resources.
It took me 14 years to become a DIRECTOR – INDIA BUSINESS with a well-known Chinese company HUAHENG AUTOMATION PVT LTD from the level of RECEPTIONIST.
As a Director-India Business my key role is to pioneer in handling major portfolios like Employee Management, Finance & Accounting, Store & Purchase Management, Sales & Service Management, and Supplier & Customer relationships development.
Team HUAHENG INDIA is an extended family to me!
I always tried to create a friendly and panic free environment among the employees which allows them to express their views and contribute to the organization in every possible way.
Family is my strength!
My Father, Mother & 2 Sisters are my Strength. My father Worked with Mafatlal Group, My Mother worked with Food & Drugs Laboratory, My Elder sister is Teacher and Younger sister is Doctor.
In 2017, when I took over India Business as Operation-Manager, The Branch Business portfolio in Turnover was worth Rs. 1.50crs.Under my leadership and continuous efforts to take organization to next level by 2018 when I have been promoted to DIRECTOR- INDIA BUSINESS the Branch size has increased to Turnover worth Rs.4.50crs. It was really big Challenge, because company just Incorporated in month of Sep 2015, and to accept this new Brand Products (i.e. Chinese Brand) into Indian Market by Indian Customers itself is the big challenge. This Year 2019 we kept Target for 12Crs. Turnover.
Presently, Director – India Business in HUAHENG I Changed the Image of Company & Put a company from loss making to profit making and as a result of this Chinese company invited me at china to visit & Study the functions of our parent Company Kunshan Huaheng Welding Ltd. China.
Within 14 years of short span have climbed the ladder from RECEPTIONIST to DIRECTOR. As a leader I am a team player and strongly believe in team strength.
At international NGO ‘The International Association of lions Club” representor lions club of AJWA Baroda invited me to be a member of their International repute organization & offered me Profile of PRESIDENT of their Club. Accepted their Member ship and started down a path of Services, Sharing Kindness, Bringing Hope to our Communities, Heading towards one goal-A better World.

Understand all legal, regulatory, information security and compliance requirements. has achieved targets in a dynamic and complex business environment and ability to manage operations within budgetary constraints has helped me to Grow my organization.
Interpersonal Skills: -My proven ability to lead, motivated and build successful teams, pragmatic approach to get the required results makes me a leader. As I believe in team, I have always worked on my equation with my team members by which I have managed both monitoring them and at same time motivating them for better and excellent performance. Encouraging, identifying and developing best strength of each team working with me has helped me to achieve my mile stones.
Relation Building: -Building and maintaining strong and effective relationships with clients. Negotiating contracts, ensuring that they balance value and risk, Impressive feedback on services from all stake holders. Overall building relationship with Customer and employees has helped me to ensure the growth of my organization.
During the journey, my performance was appreciated by Spanish Multinational company ABENGOA, YOU BROAD BAND, Dupont by giving me Awards / Promotions.
