Arshiya Singh

Arshiya Singh is a results driven and diligent financial investor with over 10 years of experience in private equity and fixed income investing across India, US and Australia. She is passionate about building brands and helping companies achieve their goals. Arshiya is currently a Principal at a growth equity and mid-market focused boutique private equity fund called Henderson Equity Partners. At Henderson, Arshiya specializes in the consumer sector and her areas of expertise include portfolio management, financial restructuring, turnaround situations, M&A and exits. She is deeply committed to enhancing shareholder value and strongly believes in the India growth story. Prior to Henderson, Arshiya was a Fixed Income trader at Lehman Brothers in New York financing sovereign and corporate debt for hedge funds while providing liquidity on borrows for short sales. Arshiya holds an MBA from Harvard Business School and a Bachelor of Science in Commerce from the McIntire School of Commerce at the University of Virginia (UVa). Arshiya currently serves as an Advisor on the Board of the UVa India Chapter and is an active member of the Harvard Club of India. Arshiya lives in New Delhi with her husband and son.
