Ariella is Co-CEO of ‘PresenTense’, a nonprofit reducing socio-economic gaps via promoting entrepreneurship in socially diverse communities and the periphery
in Israel. Throughout her career she has focused on steering people, processes, and projects. Mainly known as a strategic thinker, uniquely combining pragmatism and attention to detail, she
excels in effectively bringing ideas to fruition. Her leadership style combines innovative problem solving and result-oriented team management for maximum empowerment. Her
inspiration derives from identifying social gaps as opportunities for change and high-scale impact.
She joined PresenTense in 2013 with experience in Human Resources, Operations and Finances at medium size startups.
After building the organization’s financial, operational and HR infrastructure, she was promoted to VP and lead PT’s programming till being appointed to Co-CEO. In the IDF she served as an Education and Social Commander, mentoring and counseling 200 at-risk soldiers Carrying the activism bug, she was involved in youth movements from a young age; starting with ‘Hanoar Haoved Vehalomed’ and ‘Gesher’, a movement invested in building bridges between all sectors of Israeli society. From 2008-2011 Ariella was passionately active in the ‘Free Gilad Schalit’ cause.
Today she volunteers as a Board Member of the ‘Jerusalem Open House’ for the LGBTQ+ community and ‘Fighters for Life’ an NGO dedicated to providing legal counseling to IDF soldiers with PTSD.
