Arbind Kumar Modi is a Research Scholar at Jagan Nath University, Jaipur, Rajasthan, India. His present area of research is Women Empowerment in Rural area. Arbind is an MBA graduate from Pandit Deendayal Petroleum University (PDPU), Gujarat and its first alumnus qualified UGC NET for Lectureship in Management. He is Alumni President of his MBA Institute/University. Arbind has done Management Student Program from Indian Institute of Management Ahmedabad; Also graduated in LLB and Social Science Honours. He is enrolled in Bar Council of Delhi as an Advocate in 2006.
He has 10+ years experience in HRM, Commercial, Operation, and Social Development sectors with Multinational Company, NGO, Government and Private companies. Arbind worked with KPMG on regulatory filing of Petroleum and Natural Gas Regulatory Board for City Gas Distribution Network. In MNC, his boss was a Singapore citizen of Dutch origin. Arbind has designed and conducted many Training Programs in Energy Sector, Social Development, Women Empowerment etc. He has visited Singapore for projects. Arbind has organized Gender Integration Training Program for Government officers under National Rural Livelihood Project funded by Government and World Bank. He is also an Executive member of Primary Agricultural Credit Co-operative Society Ltd.
Arbind has worked on several social development projects related rural vulnerable women of Gujarat. He has formed some Self help Groups of vulnerable women. He is guiding MBA Students, invited as guest speaker and member of many Indian organizations. He is very enthusiastic to learn new things and dynamic person. Arbind is a fun loving person and enjoying moments of life as it never comes. His passion is to help needy people and dedicates his free time to women leadership issues and women empowerment. His areas of interest are Academics, Social Development and Consultancy Services
