Previously she was Partner – Corporate Law / Mergers & Acquisitions/ Private Equity, with India’s leading Tier I corporate law firms AZB & Partners, and Luthra & Luthra Law Offices, with 12+ years of experience in advising leading multinational and domestic clients on significant and complex corporate law / M&A matters. She has consistently been ranked by international and Indian publications as a leading / recommended advisor, and is a B.A.LLB (Hons) graduate from the prestigious National Law School of India University, Bangalore (2005).
