An eldest and only daughter gifted to an educator and businessman, Anusha excelled in school academically and in sports. Her career choice was that of her passion which she pursued into a profession. Qualifying internationally as a Cosmetologist in 1988, she secured a job at a renowned international company as a Beauty Therapist and Electrologist. In 1990 at an age of 21 she married her first love, Roshan Bisaal. Two years later, they were blessed with a beautiful daughter named Adhira and two years thereafter another beauty named Rohini. 1994 was a completion to their family. A year after the birth of her second daughter, Anusha decided to venture out on her own and set up ANROSH Beauty Clinic. Ten years of professional and specialized beauty experience, and multi-tasking as a part time lecturer at a government college, and as an external examiner and assessor for City & Guilds International, Anusha decided to quit the beauty industry and take on a Regional Sales Managers position at Avon/Justine. In the interim, whilst owning the beauty clinic, Anusha as purred by an article in the year 2000 that encouraged her to create a platform to acknowledge and appreciate the worth of married, divorced and widowed ladies. This was done through a platform of pageantry. 2002 saw the first Mrs. India South Africa unfold on a glamourized stage. With the success and transformation, Anusha’s vision of broadening the platform expanded to the birth of Uniworld Pageant in 2017. Hosting the first Miss Uniworld S.A and in 2019 launched the first Mrs. Uniworld S.A. 2020 sees the first Miss & Mrs. Uniworld international pageant unfold in Dubai. Through the platform of pageantry, women have excelled from home executives to corporate executives, empowered women empowering others, youth empowerment and service to humanity. At a proud age of 50, Anusha Bisaal has transformed the norms of pageantry. Her choice of excluding herself from her profession and following her passion has led her to her purpose and promoting the S.H.E Force (Serving, Helping Empowering) through the platform of pageantry. Her mission is to create international Uniworld Ambassadors promoting the S.H.E Force and leave a purposeful legacy of empowering women through the platform of pageantry.
