Anupama is a Learning & Development professional with over 13 yrs of experience in leadership & women development. She is a creative, self-driven and performance-oriented individual with a deep passion for developing people, business and the nation.
She’s the Co-founder of Mahika, India’s first integrated digital learning & placement platform exclusively for women in the white-collar job sector. She’s on a mission is to make women in India financially independent by giving them a career head-start.
Prior to Mahika, Anupama headed Organization Development vertical at Infinx Healthcare, a Tandon Group company, where she optimized people performance and processes through OD interventions and contributed in taking more than 200 mid to senior level employees and around 30 women managers to the next level.
She’s also the Founding Member & Co-learner at Living Philosophy Study Group – a group dedicated towards studying & researching timeless Indian Wisdom, viz. Kautilya Arthashastra and its significance & application in modern management. She’s also been a leadership mentor for students & industry professionals at Chiranjeev Gurukul.
Anupama is an IT graduate from Mumbai University and holds two masters degrees, one being MBA in Hospitality Management from IHTM and other being Post Graduate Diploma from NMIMS University, along with a Certification in Organization Development Analysis from Middle Earth HR Consultants.
Anupama is an avid traveller and is a great advocate of Indian tourism. She’s also a trained singer and has sung at several musical events in the past. Her passion towards singing led her to forming a community of thousands of aspiring singers, musicians and music lovers.
Anupama has been recognised as “Top 10 Women Leaders in e-Learning” in 2022 by Women Entrepreneur India magazine and “Top 100 HR Leaders Under 40” in 2019 by Jombay for her ongoing work towards women & leadership development.
