António Saraiva

António Saraiva was born in 1953, has two children and four grandchildren and is the President of CIP – Confederation of Portuguese Business since January of 2010.

Director of the Metalúrgica Luso-Italiana since 1989 and its Administrator since 1992, he has bought the company from the Mello Group in 1996, currently holding the position of Chairman of the Administration Board.

He was President of the Association of Metallurgical Industries until 2009, before being elected President of CIP.
