Anoesjka Bakhtali

Anoesjka Bakhtali – Imambaks (33) is a social entrepreneur. She has a background in Public Administration and has worked for years at the Ministry of Economic Affairs were she contributed to create a better ecosystem in The Netherlands for entrepreneurs to grow their companies.
Because of her background she started her own company , Maid at Home, in an industry where there are many prejudices. Maid at Home provides professional housekeeping services for private households. Her mission is to advocate that working as a housekeeper or Maid is a real occupation/profession. She is now collaborating with The International Butlerschool to setup the first official Maid-training program in The Netherlands.
Her second mission is to reach out to women who have a distance to the labor market and have a poor job prospects. She wants to activate them with a fresh new start combined with coaching on empowerment and financial self-sufficiency.
She just has won the encouragement prise of the Ethnical Business Women Netherlands Awards, because of her vision, mission and perseverance. With this prise she want set an example for her three daughters, that with knowledge, focusing and believing, you can do, become and create anything and everything in life.
