Tabatha Moraes is a businesswoman, writer, CEO of Mulheres Que Decidem (Women Who Decide), partner-founder of the Mulheres Que Decidem publishing company, coach and female entrepreneurship expert. At 17, she began to help women with biopsychosocial problems in a religious institution as a volunteer. And it was precisely in human development that she found her true calling. Life & Professional Coaching, through the Brazilian Academy of Coaching (AbraCoaching), Tabatha is recognized by the Behavioral Coaching Institute. The female entrepreneurship Network “Mulheres Que Decidem”, today has more than 35000 entrepreneurs across the country. She is the creator of the movement “Tomorrow’s Entrepreneurs”, a program that aims to promote female entrepreneurship amongst teenagers aged from 12 to 17 years in public schools. Tabatha created the International Conference “Mulheres Que Decidem”, a meeting with about 700 women entrepreneurs from all over Brazil and abroad for lectures and discussions on topics related to entrepreneurship
