Priti Gulati is an FMS alumna, a Banker and Founder, with over 30 years of banking,
business and management experience.Priti currently runs EXPERTies, a Top Management Expert Network connecting the business world to experts for short-term engagements, interim management roles and advisory assignments – in a way that transcends monetary, hierarchical or any age fitment issues and thereby bridging any expertise gap.
In the past, she has had more than 2 decades of exposure in Banking, Treasury Management & Financial Services with 2 organizations – Punjab National Bank as a Treasury Dealer, and with DSP Merrill Lynch as Vice President, in-charge of Debt Markets for northern India. Thereon at ETAS, a firm she founded in 2009 for Training, Recruitment & Employability for BFSI, Priti facilitates workshops for banks & corporates. Her training repertoire extends from banking domain and business skills, performance management and facilitating development centres, to facilitating workshops for family run businesses. She also undertakes large scale bank recruitment which includes designing and proctoring of competitive exams (aptitude and banking) across India. Overall, she has facilitated recruitment of and imparted training to more than a 1000 banker and corporate professional. She is currently also a partner to Promoter’s Club (sponsored by Partners4Growth & ICICI Bank). She has represented Merrill Lynch at the UN Global Classrooms conference, was on the Advisory body of Lal Bahadur Shastri Institute of Management, a Board Advisor to MetaMorph Learning, and has delivered Debt market talks at banks and institutions etc. Priti is an MBA from Faculty of Management Studies, Delhi University, is a Certified Associate of the Indian Institute of Bankers and an accredited MBTI practitioner. She has also undertaken self-development programmes such as Landmark Education (Forum & Advanced), iDiscoveri Leadership, Vipassana etc. She contributes travelogues and articles to Economic Times and other magazines.
