Dr. Nina Saxena
Dr. Nina Saxena has a fairly diverse professional and educational background. As a physiotherapist she has worked with the Apollo Hospitals, New Delhi and the Armed forces Clinic, Noida. She has an experience of over 20 years as a lecturer and teacher - trainer at the Delhi University, Jawahar Lal Nehru University and the Italian Embassy Cultural Center. She is a Certified Associate Pranic Healer and instructor, active part of the “Baby Steps to Wellness” program, Director of “Atmatva” Center for Wellness and Spirituality and also writes articles on this. She has been a guest speaker at the Rotary Club, Shimla, Max hospitals, Delhi, IGMC, Shimla, various NCC camps, Women’s welfare talks for Army wives upon applying the spiritual teachings in day to day life for stress-management and balancing spiritual growth with material and physical wellbeing for the self , others and the environment . She is part of a new collaboration with Dr. Daniela Ducati of the “La Casa Verde Co2.0 & Dr. Oscar Rugero of the Italian Industry Chain “Edizero Architecture of Peace”- an exchange between Italy-India research expertise and innovations in the field of new intelligent geo-textiles containing only renewable fibres with different capabilities in agricultural constructions, environmental remediation and interior design. Edilana Hemp architecture for Peace was born containing cannabis sativa, from Indian research and nanotechnology. Nina has helped in the INDO-ITALIAN collaboration and the innovations in the Edizero Architecture production in the scientific and technological field as well as the human and health sector with respect to the environment adding a mind-body approach that caters to Humans as well as Mother Earth that needs to be taken care of, protected and nurtured.
