I am Frances McDaniel, 2016 Graduate of the Fox School of business Temple University Executive MBA Program. I was Inducted into the Golden Key National Honor Society in 2015, mentor to 2 current MBA students, CEO of Get OnBoard Technologies, and Smart Skirts INC. I have traveled Internationally and collaborated in South Africa with Coca Cola, MTN South Africa, and many other organizations for profit and not for profit. Recognized as one of the top 20 new business Idea Concept recipients in 2015 for an Idea Competition at Temple University. Participated and Interviewed top investors to assist new business owners in gaining the attention of investors.

Visionary Executive leading high level performance teams to enhance growth and profitability. Empowering people to succeed, through outreach, education, resources, is one of the greatest attributes that I am always willing to share in any sized organization locally and globally. Throughout my 20 plus years of hands on experience in leadership, management, training, in an economically diverse nation and my top executive level education I offer solutions using strategies, analytics, relationship building, innovations, and project management.

I am a mother of 2 Children, a wife and professional who believes in creativity, innovations and opportunity for all. I focused my recent activities on entrepreneurial opportunities to help build and empower new leaders. With over 20 years of corporate experience, and leadership I know the importance of community involvement, and continuous education. As Past President of Rotary International (Springfield, PA) we built a new water system in Belize as well as raise funding for protoplast surgeries globally. I have been a speaker and volunteer at local top Universities such as Temple’s Fox school of business to assist recent graduates with career opportunities and Cheyney University for financial literacy and fraud protection.

I enjoy running, learning, teaching, traveling, meeting new people and being able to participating with my children in their extracurricular actives. I recently completed a half marathon in 2014 and I am currently training for a marathon in 2016-2017. It is important to me that I maintain a healthy work life balance.
