- All the information on this website is published in good faith and for general information purposes only. We do not make any warranties about the completeness, reliability, and accuracy of this information.
- Our conferences are designed to help all women across the world network and grow their businesses and branding. However, all delegates and speakers may or may not be personally known to the organisers or may have been referred by the community or may have registered independently on the website or may have contacted the organisation from social media or other way. ALL Ladies League (ALL) and Women Economic Forum (WEF) do not take any responsibility for any misrepresentation made by any participant on any account. Please satisfy yourself of bonafides of people you connect to and evaluate relationships with due checks and balances, as you would do in life.
- The global network of our Soul Sisters and Supporters rely on our integrity and this trust needs to be fostered and safeguarded by every participant with core values of care, concern and community spirit.
- We are non-religious and non-political. Our objective is to foster a spirit of “sisters beyond borders” for growing women’s exchange, empowerment and enterprise beyond borders. We are co-creating One family of women as Soul Sisters to help one another as a support ecosystem for personal and professional growth. Thus, all interactions in person or on social media should be positive and free of negativity.
- Information required on our registration form including name, job title, organization, picture, profile once submitted can appear on our internet search platforms. Select information will be uploaded on our website/social media as part of event communications. Contact details submitted will form part of our communication lists
- During the conferences and related events, participants and designated photographers and event organisers will be taking photographs, playing livestream, recording videos and audios, and that can be used for conference and communication related activities in print and electronic format.
- It is the duty of every participant to comply individually with their own health, safety, legal, visa & security regulations vis-à-vis their activities in relation to the conferences and forums and be duly informed and insured at a personal level at all times.
- Any party can call of the arrangement anytime, without prejudice and without challenge in any Court of Law for any perceived breach on either side. Closure will be done in a spirit of goodwill without any obligations.
- If you cancel your booking, or do not attend the event, the conference fee will not be refunded. WEF Secretariat is not connected to any other transactions that may take place directly with other vendors and conference coordinators around an event.
- We do not issue any visa recommendation letters. Kindly ensure you meet visa requirements of the respective country for your travel. Please note that the issuance of Visa must be decided by the concerned authorities as per the rules & regulations of that country following all due norms ascertaining bonafides.
- We have a zero tolerance policy toward sexual harassment or any kind of intimidation or aggression that vitiates and violates our core values of care, concern and community spirit with mutual respect and regard. We reserve the right to admission at all times.
- Women Economic Forum (WEF) reserves the right to upload, remove or otherwise deal with any content as per it’s wish, without disclosing any reason thereof. In case of adverse situations, we reserve the right to cancel or postpone any event.
- WEF/ALL are non-profit NGOs. We do not cover any costs. We believe everyone will gain a lot in terms of networking, learning and exploring new avenues and opportunities. Conference costs are marginal compared to the benefits of an overall exposure on a global platform that boosts branding and business for all, and above all creates a priceless worldwide network of women where we can enable and empower one another.
Terms and Conditions*
- Registration is mandatory to participate in the Digital Conference as a Speaker or as an Attendee. All Registration is to be made only on and through the official website www.wef.org.in Check official website for Registration process.
- Once Registered, the Participant is provided a personalised registration link which enables the participant to enter the Digital conference platform and access the various elements of the Digital Conference during the period of eligibility.
- The personalized registration link cannot be forwarded to anyone else or shared or used by anyone other than the person Registered. Any violation shall result in debar from Participation and forfeiture of the payment made, by all perpetrators.
- Audio and Video Recording of the conference in full or in part is prohibited.
- Personal data of the participants is collected only insofar as it is necessary to provide the realization and processing of the conference registration, confirmation of speakership and /or attendees with respect to topic, session time, track number and Payment.
- Collection of general data and information is for continuous learning and improvement to enhance the service quality and user / participant experience.
- Organizers are not responsible for the authenticity or accuracy of the contents provided by the Registered Participants (Pictures, profiles, information etc) uploaded into the website. Similarly, Organisers are not responsible for the contents displayed or the opinions made by speakers during the Conference and bear no responsibility or liability of any kind towards the same.
- However, the Organisers reserve the right to delete, expunge or remove any data, information, content, that is against the principles of WEF, and or in their opinion is likely to hurt the sentiments of any religion or society and or against the laws of India. All such content shall be removed from www.wef.org.in website and all other linked sites. There will be no refund of the Payment /s made and the Participant shall be removed from the Conference list and not allowed to Participate in the Conference.
- The organisers shall handover all Data and information about the Participants to any authorised Government Agency or legal authority, on demand, subject to such demand being within the purview of such laws permitting such demand with cause, and such handover of information shall be done under the acts as applicable and current in India.
- All Payments are by approved payment channels and the payment options are provided in this website and or its links.
- Women Economic Forum, Kaizen Consult, Resonate Productions, their Directors, Staff, Managers and Executives are not responsible for failure of the online / electronic payment transfers by the intending participant, due to any reasons whatsoever.
- Participants can request for Cancellation of their Registration, using the same email ID from which the registration was made, at any time prior to the Start time of the event as per India time (IST). Please refer to Program schedule for timings.
- Cancellation is accepted at the sole discretion of the Organisers.
- Refund upon cancellation: 70% of the Net Value received (not including charges, fees etc charged for payment transfer by the Payment Gateway etc) shall be refunded, where such cancellation request has been received upto 48 (Forty-eight) Hours before the start of the Conference. There shall be NO REFUND for any cancellation request received less than 48 hours before start of the Conference. There shall be NO REFUND for No Shows for any reason whatsoever.
- Organisers are not responsible for any disruption and or quality issues arising due to Internet Connectivity, hacking, malware, Device break down, inability of the Participant to use their device, not following the Participant guidelines and or any other terms and conditions of participation.
- Organisers are not responsible for Speakers misunderstanding of Conference session time. (We request all speakers and attendees to convert Session Time given in India Time (IST) to convert to local Time. - While the Organisers shall take all reasonable measures within their control to ensure the smooth conduct of the conference, the Organizers are not responsible for any disruption and or cancellation of the Conference due to any cause and or reasons outside the organisers control and or due to the breakdown of the services of the Digital Platform provider, Internet connectivity disruption, Power Blackouts, Natural Causes like Fire, Tsunami, Flood, Lock Downs, Lightning, Earth quake, Strikes, Acts of God, due to Rules enforced by any Government authority in India curtailing, prohibiting or impeding any party, service provider, organisers, from rendering, performing and or executing various actions that may be required to conduct the Annual WEF 2021, Bangalore, India.
- Women Economic Forum, Kaizen Consult, Resonate Productions, The Organisers, the Service providers and vendors to the Conference, their Directors, Office Bearers, staff and employees are not liable in any manner whatsoever for the conduct of the Conference beyond what has been explicitly stated in the official website. The Organisers are not responsible for the content in reposts, retweets etc social, digital, electronic and physical media, made by Participants.
- Participants are requested to understand the various FAQ, Help tools, User videos and T&C provided in the official website and platform for optimising their experience.
Refunds/Cancellation
- Participants can request for Cancellation of their Registration, using the same email ID from which the registration was made, at any time prior to the Start time of the event as per India time (IST). Please refer to Program schedule for timings.
- Cancellation is accepted at the sole discretion of the Organisers.
- Refund upon cancellation: 70% of the Net Value received (not including charges, fees etc charged for payment transfer by the Payment Gateway etc) shall be refunded, where such cancellation request has been received upto 48 (Forty-eight) Hours before the start of the Conference. There shall be NO REFUND for any cancellation request received less than 48 hours before start of the Conference. There shall be NO REFUND for No Shows for any reason whatsoever.It would take around 12-15 working days to process the refund and credit the amount back to the customers bank account.
