Dr. Annie Flore ASSENGUET YOGOULOU JOLY, married and mother of a family, is Author, Essayist, Expert Francophone of the civil society, and holder of a Doctorate in Philosophy “Ph.D in European International Relations and Diplomacy” of the Center of Studies Diplomatic and Strategic (CEDS), under the auspices of the School of High International Studies of Paris (EHEIP), Partner of the War School of Paris. With more than 20 years of experience in Public Administration, she is a Knight of the Order of the Equatorial Star of Gabon and is currently Advisor to the DPRGU. Volunteering and associative world:
She was :- Vice President of the Cooperative Entrepreneurship for the Development of African Women (ECDFA) for two (02) years in Montreal,
Canada;- Secretary General of the Provincial Committee of fight against AIDS in the Province of Ogooue Maritime in Gabon, during three (03) years.
She is :Dynamic, committed, and selfless, attaching great importance to the promotion of languages, cultural diversity, values of humanism, human dignity, Gender Equality (EFH), Rights of women and girls , she is today, Founder and President of the International Group GOBONI for the Knowledge of Human Rights (GIGCDH / GCDH) since 2015. This NGO works in the socio-educational field in order to build a more peaceful world by promoting the gender equality, human rights, human values, ethics, dialogue of cultures and the promotion of family values. The Group is present in several countries.
