At a micro level, she have been involved with Channel Sales with a P&L responsibility with ICICI Lombard General Insurance managing their East & West India operations, post which she was involved in the development & growth of the Levi’s brand in East India; this role offered her the chance to engage with consumers & customers from a more holistic perspective in order to give thrust to the brand as well as the business in the Eastern markets of India. Post this, she was engaged in driving brand & product affinity/relevance for McDonald’s as well as driving its overall operating profitability in South India as their regional Marketing Manager. She also have experience working in the startup scenario an e-commerce startup Ace Turtle in the area of e-commerce consulting & solutions for brick & mortar retailers She was then with Vans India for 4 years & lead their entire India Marketing function : Brand Building, Marketing Strategy , Go To Market Strategy, marketing budgeting, Mar Com, Digital Marketing, Visual Merchandising, CRM & Loyalty Program, Events & Activation, E-Commerce Marketing, PR.She is currently with Landmark Group India as the Marketing & Online Business Head for Krispy Kreme India.
