My educational background which combines hospitality management, training, psychometric assessments and facilitation ensures a strong understanding of both learning/training as well as business needs and P&L management.

Her area of expertise and interest as a professional lie in creating an organizational strategic plan for Learning and Development to achieve business numbers.

As a facilitator her expertise is in leadership, management skills, customer service, sales, DISC psychometric assessment, presentation skills and interpersonal and intrapersonal communication training. She has trained participants ranging from MD/CEO to frontline sales personnel.

Over the span of her career she has handled large multi-location training projects for a variety of clients. She has covered areas within training from diagnostic meetings; training needs analysis, content and course development, program structuring, syllabus development to training assessment, post training interventions, feedback analysis, training quality control, training delivery and psychometric profiling.

PROFESSIONAL EXPERIENCE
Presently Anila is a Director at LARKS Learning. She has just wrapped up a 2 years assignment with a funded startup: WedAbout Wedding Services Pvt Ltd where her involvement ranged from Human resource to Business Operations.

At Larks she has conducted certification programs on Extended DISC system through workshops and via blended learning/online for L&D professionals from organizations such as Intercontinental Hotels Group, Cushman &Wakefield, Ranstad, Planet Edu, Engineers India Limited, People Matters, Amity International school, Sanskriti School, Natco Consultants, BullzI, Consultree etc.

Here she has also handled behavioral skills workshops for clients such as United Lex : 500 employees across levels, DuPont : 2000 employees pan India on a variety of skills such as managing productivity, communicating with impact, effective business writing, analysis and judgment and coaching and delegation; Indian Trade Promotion Organization: 450 employees from GM downwards on a variety of managerial skills such as customer service, conflict management, DISC styles and stress management; RIM (Blackberry):retail sales training for their exclusive stores; GlobalLogic: DISC assessments and training for their senior management (MD India & Direct reports) in order to chart individual development plans; L&T: presentation skills, grammar basics and email writing training for graduate engineers, GMR: presentation skills, assertiveness and negotiation skills training for mid management(GM & Sr. Managers), Prudent Insurance brokers: attitudinal and customer service training and DISC assessments for the students of The Shri Aspen Leadership school- a collaboration of The Shri Ram school, Aspen group, Snow Leopard adventures and the Aspire group.

She has been associated with IIMT-Oxford Brooks University as an assistant professor for the hospitality school and with Ansals University as visiting faculty for the Soft Skills training intervention “ANTARDARSHAN” for the MBA, MCA, BBA as well as Hotel graduates. Also worked with Raffles University with students on behavioral skills

Prior to this, she was the managing director of Images Knowledge House (IKH) a specialist training consultancy. Here she has conducted assessment centers for Tata Motors & Swarovski. She has also been involved with the creation and running of annual calendars of clients such as ITPO, TPV, Major Brands, leadership programs and coaching based on Thomas profiling for Advance India Projects Limited, outbound experiential training and change management programs for Philips India, communication skills programs for Prometric, time management/goal setting program for Intertek testing services and retail sales training programs for Hewlett Packard & V5, content creation for sales training for Uninor and Wipro consulting, feedback skills and managerial effectiveness for senior management of Creative Travel and Plan-It, personality flexing and customer service for brands such as Mango, Aldo, Nine West, Charles & Keith, Promod, Okaidi, Inglot, Aldo Accessories, La Senza etc.

At IKH she was responsible for conceptualizing and executing “Shopping Centre Management (Master class), a 3-day workshop for shopping centre professionals.

Anila Rattan worked with Ma Foi consultants as a Sr. Consultant in the area of Human Resource Consulting with a focus on training. She headed the training vertical of Ma-Foi in North India. Her job consisted of planning and executing large public programs and stand-alone training projects, from conception to training evaluation. She accomplished this task with the help of a team of in-house and empanelled trainers, facilitators and administrators. She was also responsible for business development, content development, training delivery, training evaluation, quality control and client servicing. The focus was on managing large national training assignments with a team of trainers based across the country.
