I am passionate about developing people and organizations. My strengths lie in the overall implementation of new initiatives, structures and process improvements and in developing and utilizing human capital to its full potential in the pursuit of organizational goals. I have had the privilege of making valuable contributions in both the private and public sector in a local as well as international setting. Moving forward I would like to apply the experience that I have gained and
the skills that I have developed in the fields of project management, process management, change management and coaching to contribute to progress and wellbeing in society, either in the profit or non-profit sector. I am an open-minded, resourceful and people oriented leader with an optimistic outlook on life. I have the ability to easily relate to people and I communicate comfortably at all levels in the organization. I am results-driven, quality focussed and have the stamina to see projects through to completion. I am eager to learn and I enjoy overcoming challenges.
