Anchal a young and a dynamic legal professional has devoted the floruit of her career to the cause of promoting institutional arbitration in India. When most of her peers were looking at conventional litigation or corporate roles, she found her niche in Alternative Dispute Resolution mechanism in general and institutional arbitration in specific. Presently serving the legal wing of Federation of Indian Chambers of Commerce & Industry (FICCI), India’s apex chambers of commerce for promoting ADR at various fora’s. Trustee with an NGO engaged with the prevention of child sex abuse in India. It is her firm belief that excellence is never an accident, it is a result of high intention, sincere effort, intelligent discretion, skilful execution with the vision to see obstacles as opportunities. A firm believer of rights encompassing wellness of beings. Fought alongside many a victim of abuse earlier in her career in association with social organisation like DCW & others working for woman’s right and human rights in overall. With skill, passion and conviction, she has strived to give voice to her vision for adding value to the growing economy of India by actively engaging herself well both in personal and professional capacity as an evolving woman.
