Ana Gonçalves Coelho

Ana Gonçalves Coelho, graduated at Faculdade de Direito de Lisboa – Universidade de Lisboa in 2003, following this degree to become an independent entrepreneurial lawyer, working closely with real estate, engineering and construction companies, having experience in labor laws, laws on urban rental, company’s law and civil law, assisting the administration on the decision-making process, both on new investments and on day-to-day management.
The work conducted has led to the rehabilitation of real estate in Lisbon, from the initial investment decision, covering the purchase of the property, projects and finally the process of selling or renting the end product.
The accumulated, almost, 15 years’ experience extends to constant Court practice in all the areas of law, assisting both the individual, as well as the company, allowing for a wide perspective view of both sides in conflict.
