Alpa has worked for more than 25 years in various corporate including TATA and SBI group. To empower every individual she started her own venture Next Level Education a company which empower and educates all walks of people on financial literacy.
She heads the Educational initiative – Financial Awareness Training. Under which She have empowered more than 2 Lac corporate employees, Women and Youth on Personal Financial Literacy.
She has conducted Women empowerment program at Saudi Arabia in Riyadh. She is extremely passionate to encourage women on Money Management.
She conducts training programs for women, making them compliant Financial Entrepreneurs and ready to take their steps into the financial era and help them become more confident to face the world.
She regularly appears in Newspapers, T.V. and Radio educating people on money management.
Alpa has authored a book, “Every Woman should Invest” published by CNBC TV18. It’s a practical guide to managing a millennial woman’s financial journey. The author’s years of experience in women’s financial literacy space shines through by way of addressing some of the not-so-widely discussed topics. The real life examples weaved in makes the book an interesting and a relatable read.
Alpa is a managing trustee at Freedom Foundation, which works for the upliftment of Low Income Group (LIG) society. She has empowered Dabbawalas, Taxi Drivers, Auto Rickshaw drivers, Sex workers, home guards, maids, Mahila Bachat Gat, 3rd genders, fire brigade workers and many more on Personal Financial Planning.
Alpa is appointed as Vice Chairperson in the activities of Women Entrepreneurs Development Council initiated by SME CHAMBER OF INDIA
Alpa was invited as a TEDx speaker to give a talk on “Every Youth Should Invest.”Being Nation Building initiative.

Alpa has served as past President of Rotary Club of Mumbai Green City for the year 2018-19.
Alpa received “The most Influential Leader of the Year 2018” award by Future Woman Leader Summit and “Hindu Spiritual Forum Award” for contribution towards Women and Society.
