ED since 2003: FESAC has become the local leader in mobilizing resources and education in philanthropy both for donors (individual and corporate), government agencies and NGO. Promoting Civil society, philanthropy culture and a network as a result of both has allowed our community to work towards the common objective of improving the quality of life in real terms. Recognized as the leader NGO in mobilizing resources on both sides of the USA/Mexico border. Educating both communities on the migration local issues.
