More than 15 years of experience as Director and External Manager, Coach, Mentor and consultant, advising companies from different sectors of the economy (Automotive, services, retail, construction, education, Chambers, among others) in related areas such as management and management, commercial and marketing management, business education and in the management and direction of companies with a marked autonomous profile, analytical and with strong results orientation; with skills to deal with and clearly resolve situations of high complexity and with vast experience to manage, motivate and lead teams, as well as the necessary strength to argue and implement changes that add value to the organization, make decisions with attitude and establish interpersonal relationships and an excellent level of communication with work teams and people generating openness, trust and commitment. I am passionate about inspiring people and promoting the development of competent and effective work teams.
I am interested in supporting SMEs to grow, professionalize their management and improve their results, as well as a strong commitment to female entrepreneurship and the development of entrepreneurial capacity, always with energy, motivation, responsibility, commitment and sense of achievement.
