A friend put her in touch with the producer of Shark Tank and she have been working for years on entrepreneurship and investment issues, she also created a community to support women in leadership and transformation processes. she feel very lucky, because it is a very good way to realize her dream. In the last five years of her personal leadership process she have been able to become independent and create her own company called ‘Musas Community’ aimed at generating academic content, mentoring and coaching programs for women who are in the process of transformation. This is a dream that combines the personal and the professional. Before cameras yes, because she was director of international affairs of the Ministry of Environment and she was in several multilateral negotiations and when she was eight years old she participated in a movie called “Time to Love”, but being in Shark Tank Colombia has been a new aspect that she have enjoyed a lot, since it is a spontaneous reality format, she have also been able to bring all my experience and my personal focus to the cameras. she have been in the world of investments for more than 20 years, then she did it with her family’s company and now Shark Tank is a new chapter in my life, because she is contributing her capital, which is a seed fund to sow and Support conscious Colombian entrepreneurship. What she want to generate is a socially responsible entrepreneurship to support entrepreneurs who want to strengthen leadership and we can make a good alliance.
