Launched the first CRM, loyalty and database marketing programs in this part of the world, have since implemented dozens of programs across ~65 countries. Delivered numerous case studies and won multiple awards over the years, including CRM for the Taj Group and being voted to the DMA Asia’s Hall of Fame.
