From spearheading successful initiatives – for CARE students – such as ProjectBased Learning (a program which encourages the assimilation of new concepts by way of exciting projects), Lead to Succeed (an initiative which brings professionals from well-known multinationals to the classroom for inspiring discussions), and more, Aisha’s unwavering dedication to CARE’s lifelong mission of eradicating illiteracy in Pakistan, is testament to her staunch belief in the power of education as a potent tool for social change. With an inspiring career arc, Aisha’s first role at CARE, over a decade ago, was that of an English teacher – a position that continues to hold a special place in her heart. Having graduated from Pakistan’s Government College University in 2007, Aisha was selected as a fellow for the well-known Hubert H. Humphrey Fellowship Program in 2015 where she studied Educational Leadership and Project Management at Pennsylvania State University.
