Experienced professional with a demonstrated history of working in Trade Finance vertical as a Relationship Manager at Standard Chartered, Wells Fargo and HSBC Bank, Aditi took a leap of faith in 2018 to start her entrepreneurial journey. As a passionate dancer having trained in Bharatanatyam, Jazz and Contemporary dance styles from renowned institutes like Broadway Dance Center, New York and The Danceworx, Delhi, she realised the opportunities in the ever growing dance and performing arts industry in India. She co-founded, The Dance Bible (TDB) with the vision of ‘Inspiring people to dance by creating authentic, joyful, movement inspired dance clothing, shoes & accessories.’ TDB has evolved from a blog & community page for engaging, networking, sharing tools & resources within the dance community, to an INR 3 Cr (ARR) turnover dancewear and dance inspired fashion brand with a 69% YoY growth.
She is also an avid writer, having been published in Gal-dem, Unread magazine, DNA India to name a few. A multi-potentialite she believes an empowered woman is not bound by any limits, and continues to learn and seek opportunities for growth. She is an alumni of “Goldman Sachs 10000 Women Program” at IIM Bangalore.
