Expert in alternative dispute resolution and international commercial law, Adineh Abghari has more than 20 years of experience in negotiation, advising and dispute resolution. She has been a member of the Iranian Central Bar Association since 2001 and, currently, she is a Senior Legal and Compliance Manager at Samsung Gulf Electronics, Iran branch and a member of the arbitration board of the Tehran Regional Arbitration Centre.
Educated and trained in different legal systems and recipient of internationally recognized scholarships, Adineh has previously held scholar and practitioner positions in Canada, Switzerland, the Netherlands, the UK and Iran. She has a combination of legal experience in private law firm, as in-house counsel as well as before international organizations like the International Criminal Court and the Office of the United Nations High Commissioner for Human Rights.
Adineh believes in the power of women in leadership and world peace. In her view, “Knowledge, Dialogue, Respect and Tolerance” are the main keys to foster global peace.
