 Have been writing for the Setopati Online from few years back.
 Serving as the Public Relation (PR) Ambassador at Pentagon International College from 2013.
 Trained as a Photo Journalist by Photo Journalist Club Nepal.
 Trained as a Human Rights reporter by Terai Human Rights Defenders Alliance.
 Served as a Program Coordinator for Jagrit Nepal, in ‘Nepal-India Cross Border Relation’ program.
 Volunteered for the International Peace Conference on CPA, organized by Nepal Transition to Peace Institute, in 2016
 Worked as a Human Rights Consultant for the National Human Rights Commission, Nepal for the International Conference on Identifying Challenges, Assessing Progress, Moving Forward: Addressing Impunity and Realizing Human Rights in South Asia, in 2018.
 Have sub-edited a book ‘Human Rights in South Asia’, a byproduct of the international conference organized by the national commission for human rights of Nepal.
