Annapurna A is Director (Human Resources) for Inspirage. As Inspirage Director – Human Resources, Annapurna is helping to accelerate INSPIRAGE’s transformation through leadership, differentiated talent models, attracting and developing the best talent and building a culture of engagement, agility and innovation. Under Annapurna ‘s leadership, INSPIRAGE has instituted ground-breaking solutions for optimizing global workforce outcomes through talent analytics and data, with special emphasis on predictive analytics as a cornerstone of how INSPIRAGE manages human resources.
In her 20 plus years being a Human Resources Professional, Annapurna has had extensive experience leading organizational transformations. Prior to her corporate current role, she was the CHRO for Rail Infrastructure Service organization, where she integrated talent functions to deliver faster end-to-end solutions in the areas of skills, careers, succession, performance management, attraction and retention.
Annapurna was named as one of the 2017 Top 50 Most Talented HR Leaders (South India). She was accoladed with many other recognitions for her outstanding work in Human Resources arena as well as Women in leadership. Prior to INSPIRAGE, Annapurna was an Independent OD consultant and has credit to have done 1000 plus behavior assessments while designing innovative assessment and development centers.
Annapurna earned a Bachelor of Science with honours from DAV College, University of Berhampur, and a Master’s degree in Industrial Relations and Personnel Management from Berhampur University, Masters in Psychology from Annamalai University. She also is credited with certified Director from Institute of Directors and her verve towards learning has never stopped and she continues to pursue Behavioral certifications and Digital learning. Annapurna lives in Bengaluru and is married with one child.
Annapurna is a strong believer of empowerment of women helps in Nation Building. Her continued effort either as fund raiser or motivational speaker has influenced many lives. She supports Baale Maane (home for destitute girl children) , Bengaluru with various initiatives. Her another assignment is she is mentoring a budding NGO founder (AAMO MA) in framing programmes for women empowerment of tribal women of Odisha.
