Susan has a Master’s in English Literature with a diploma in journalism. A Cambridge International Diploma for Teachers and Trainers (CIDTT) and Teaching English as a foreign Language (TEFL) are the other diplomas under her cuff. Her association with the American International School, Chennai for 15 years is another feather in her cap. She is a certified trainer from IRATD (Indo Russian Academy for Training and Development) and also has a POSH (Prevention of Sexual Harassment at Workplace) certification under her belt.
