Hi! I am Rosa Ferreira Gaspar and I was born in Leiria on 23rd of June 1971. I am 46 years old, divorced and with 3 children.
My life path went from doing work I hated to deciding to change my life, starting to look for ways to develop my consciousness and finding Yoga, which I fell in love with.
I now I teach Yoga to both children and adults. I also teach vegetarian cooking workshops and cook vegetarian dishes for people to take home.
