Priyanka Kheterpal

Priyanka is working with the Bill and Melinda Gates Foundation as Country Lead, Talent Acquisition and Campus Relationships. Bill and Melinda Gates Foundation believes in empowering the poorest, especially women and Girls to transform their lives and inspire people to take actions to change the world. In her role, Priyanka leads responsibility for the India country office recruitments, partnering closely with hiring teams in India, as well as the teams based in Seattle, and other colleagues around the world.
Prior to joining the foundation, Priyanka served as Group Head, Talent Acquisition for the Karam Chand Thapar Group. In that role was leading a team of recruiters that spanned a diverse portfolio of companies ranging from coal and infrastructure, to real estate, manufacturing and aquaculture. Earlier in her career, Priyanka specialized in a broad range of financial services recruiting at Options Group and Korn/Ferry International, among others.
