Isabel Costa

Born in 1963, in Porto, Portugal. At the age of 19 became a full time missionary of an international ecumenical movement, living this experience deeply for 14 years in several countries in the West and East.
Nominated Embassador of Peace by the Women´s Federation for World Peace in Spain 2011 with active participation in events towards global peace, dignity and citizenship in Portugal and european level.
Graduated in Naturopathy at Escola Superior de Biologia e Saúde (1998-2002). Counselor on healthy nutrition on individual level as well public schools, therapy centers and clinics since 2005.
Creator and teacher of the Holistic Nutrition Course, currently teaching in Institute of Traditional Medicine.
Writer for 2 monthly magazines: Zen Energy and Mil Pétalas Magazine and author of two books on healthy nutrition: “Pela Sua Saúde!” – 2012 and “Era Uma Vez Um Hamburguer!” – 2015
Creator and Co-organizer of the Multidisciplinary Congress for Healthy Nutrition in partnership with COMMEDIDA, once or twice a year with the participation of outstanding speakers from conventional medicine and traditional medicine. Already 6 Congress sucessfully organized in Lisbon, Porto and Loulé.
Formation on Hipnotherapy by IACT (International Association for Counselors and Therapists) 2014/2015.
