Rashi Kapoor

Known to be an Australian-Indian Youth Icon, Rashi is an esteemed Monash Business Alumns, holding a bachelor’s in business with a Major in Accounting. She is an Associate member of CPA Australia, and had many career standpoints, including being a Finance Officer (former) and now an Accounting Analyst at 7 Eleven Australia.
Rashi is the Creative Director of Fitness World (family business) – India’s largest fitness equipment suppliers, wholesalers and distributors in India. Her business background and passion for Business affairs pushed her to become the youngest and the first ever ‘female’ President of Australia India Business Council VIC. Rashi has closely worked with the Victorian Government, has been involved in many leadership dialogues, forums and conferences.
Rashi’s passion for sports & community experience led her appointment as the youngest member of the AFL Multicultural Focus Group where she assisted with her strategic planning skills to further the Multicultural diaspora involvement in AFL.
Rashi’s passion and skills in public engagement led her in being selected as the Master of ceremony for Indian PM Narendra Modi’s Community Reception at Sydney Olympic Park, speaking to an astounding audience of 16000, and over 80million live viewers.
She represented Victoria at Miss World Australia in 2015, to create a mark for women from Academic, Business and Multicultural backgrounds.
Rashi is a TEDx Speaker, and an active community volunteer. She spends her time in service, advocating and being an ambassador for various causes and initiatives. She is a Yoga and Meditation pro-bono facilitator and has touched the lives of many people, from the small children in the rural villages of India to the diverse community of Melbourne.
