At the age of 18 while pursuing my first year of Bachelor of Physiotherapy course my father demised. It was a great loss and shock to my family. My mother is a home maker and my brother had just completed his 10+2. There are no one to take up my father’s responsibility of running existing institutions. In the month of 1997 I took the responsibility of the existing institutions run by my father Sri. B.R. Prasad. The following were the institutions which were run by me. 1. Indian I.T.C. (Industrial Training Centre) 2. Asian I.T.C 3. Vijaya School of Nursing offering G.N.M. 4. Swamy School of Nursing offering G.N.M. (General Nursing & Midwifery which is a diploma course in Nursing of three years duration 5. VIJAYA M.P.H.W. (F) Training Institute 6. SWAMY M.P.H.W. (F) Training Institute 7. SIMS College of Physiotherapy which was started in October 1996 and after establishing this institution he expired in 1st August, 1997

After my father expired, I took up the responsibility of running the above educational institution from August 1997. Education is my passion, so I decided to continue my education i.e. B.P.T (Bachelor of Physiotherapy) while managing institutions. I have to mention a small point here may be out of the subject, but wanted to share how innocent I was at that time. I used to sign on cheque book on my wish I did not know anything about banking, laws and its sections. Bank manager called up and awared that there will be specimen signature you should not deviate from that. Though I was innocent, I had to hide all my innocent and run the institution and serve students and staff. Slowly I gained confidence from the students and staffs. Designations: – Designations in various societies offering various courses 1. Secretary & Correspondent in SOUTHERN INSTITUTE OF MEDICAL SCIENCES (S.I.M.S) and all the institution run under this are termed as SIMS Group of Institutions. The followed are the courses which were started by myself.
