Isha Bhandari is an International Social Scientist, Chairperson DSB Foundation, India, Advisor to National & International Charities, A Campaigner, Comperer, Speaker, Panelist & Moderator . She has to her credit National and International Campaigns on Women Health and Empowerment. She has voiced many forums in India and abroad at House of Commons and House of Lords, UK and she has also been a TEDx Speaker, Madagascar.
She Specializes in Community Development Programmes that increase the reach of the philanthropic support solutions to groups and capacity building of social service sector. Under her guidance the social campaigns have been focusing on empowerment through awareness at the same time large numbers of campaigns have been organized PAN India and abroad and scores of women and girls have been benefited.
A recipient of International Women Achievers Award 2012 , Inspirational Social Scientist Award 2019 under Women Legendary Awards , Exemplary Contribution Award as Social Activist & Self Help Group by MSME Govt of India and Foundation for MSDG’s 2019 & Outstanding Women Health Campaign (Women Health Awards 2019)by ASSOCHAM.
She has been instrumental in implementing the first pilot project on women cancer for African Countries in Madagascar, Indian Ocean by Akbaraly Foundation and partnered by Govt of Madagascar ,Red Cross, European Institute of Oncology of Milano, The Institute Gustave Roussy of Paris, The AIIMS, The Delhi State Cancer Institute of Delhi, The King Hussein Cancer Foundation in Amman, The Harvard Medical School of Boston, The Buck Institute of Research on aging of Novato (CA), PATH, The Fred Hutchinson Cancer Hospital of Seattle, and The African Cancer Center in Cape Town.
She is a strategy planner for effective operations of Non-Governmental Organizations and an expert on Mobile Health Care units in India and abroad for outreach campaigns. She has worked with eminent personalities from Political field, Indian Army, Govt of various states in India, Indian Film Industry, Ministers from House of Lords and Commons, UK and International Organisations like UN, Red Cross, WHO, UICC, TATA Memorial, Mumbai, India, Delhi State Cancer Institute, Delhi, India, MD Anderson Cancer Centre, Houston, Texas, US.
She has graced many forums as jury. She has been delegate at Global Cancer Summit, Dublin, Ireland, University of Texas, MD Anderson Cancer Centre, Houston, USA, Guest Lecturer, University of East London, UK.
