Completed Masters in Human Resource(HR) and with a passion towards HR and Management, started my career in HR. Entered the Manufacturing Industry and worked there for 2 years in pre/post recruitment areas, facilitated Performance Appraisals, identified training needs, planned programs and handled exit.
Having gained experience moved to the IT world and was there for 12 years. During this 12 year journey, learnt a) the skill of hiring the best quality resources suited for the IT industry, b) the art of managing resources and valuing them, and c) performed HR audits and ensured policies of hiring were adhered to.
For the past 2/3 months, a Consultant Trainer, engaged in facilitating and training students on soft/ employability skills to enable them excel in their endeavours.
