Kitawa Wemo is a result driven and solutions oriented woman who founded MAMA Ventures to work with start-ups in Africa to become profitable and remain sustainable while thinking global. She has designed an entrepreneurship toolkit that helps businesses transition to growth and co-currently runs a social enterprise that educates young people and women in self help groups from rural Kenya on how to access opportunities. She successfully runs a dedicated B2B meet-up and platform for business lovers and owners in Kenya and Sri Lanka called the Mingle to create structures towards the goal of poverty alleviation in Africa. At 26, she is also developing and building strategy for SSA in big data analytics, fintech and artificial intelligence through business intelligence.
