Tracey Chambers

Tracey is a Chartered Accountant with 25 years’ experience in the corporate and social sector. Before starting The Clothing Bank she worked for Woolworths as the Head of Financial Planning and Performance Management. In 2010, she founded The Clothing Bank, a non-profit organization which empowers unemployed mothers through Enterprise Development. The Clothing Bank has grown over the last 8 years to support over 700 women (annually) who made profits of over R30 million from their businesses last year and they are pioneering a number of micro/social franchise. Tracey was awarded the prestigious international Schwab Social Entrepreneur of the Year award in 2016 and is now a member of the World Economic Forum community of social entrepreneurs.
