Susie Wilson

Susie began her journey into the workplace she graduated from college and then studied and trained as a registered nurse. Susie specialised in palliative care and psychiatry, she studied psychology and applied sciences. In her early twenties, Susie was offered the unique opportunity to work with a modelling agency. After careful consideration, Susie embarked on a new challenging, fulfilling role, she started running her own Finishing School & introduced Leadership/ Etiquette programs and offered mentor contracts to New Zealand businesses. Included best practice in Silver service training & customer service in the hospitality and restaurant industries. In 2003, Susie moved over the ditch to Melbourne Australia, from NZ. Businesses across the country experienced the most significant change with the introduction of social media. Seeing the inevitable challenges ahead, Susie seized the opportunity to create a new venture, establishing Antoinette Champagne Finishing School.
Susie began her new undertaking from the ground up. New etiquette rule requirements demanded the development of innovative systems, processes, & procedures that would see her client’s obligations met while her business operated at optimum capacity.
Susie has featured in many publications about etiquette and leadership.
