Prof. Seema holds a dynamic personality; she has a deep-rooted passion for Teaching, training and development of human potential. She is a great motivator, & inspiring persona in the area of Marketing, Branding, Business Management, Leadership and Behavioral training. She has always encouraged value based education with global perspective.

She is active panelist with Institute of Charted Psychologist and Global Development Foundation and also at Federation of India Professional Trainers working for the development of human (intellectual) capital necessary to sustain for social well-being.

As a Life Counselor for suicide prevention and social activists have played a significant role in saving many distressed lives and is constantly working for women welfare issues in College, Corporate and Community. She has worked with close to half a million youngsters in the past 19 years and has raised awareness campaign against social evils. She is a Passionate Humanitarian born in traditional Brahmin Family,her parents have had a major impact on her Life. Her Grandfather was a freedom fighter and her father was a senior lawyer and corporate professional, her Parents instilled a strong social conscience, and taught her to be independent minded as she is the first women in her family to acquire professional qualification and decided to work and contribute knowledge to society.

She has formed Develop India Foundation an NGO in 2014 with motto to educate, empower and enable underprivileged. Working out with definite vision, strategy and operations. Develop India Foundation Pioneered numerous programmers for inclusive growth, in the areas education, Women and Child Welfare, environment, capacity building of social community. Prof. Mishra is working towards motivating and sensitizing the community by regularly organizing ShareNCare Spreading Smiles drives across Delhi NCR to gift mild use clothes, winter wears, Footwear, toys and stationery to underprivileged Women and Kids. (Successfully completed 52 Distribution drives).
