Sascha Fogel’s vision is that Future female leaders will feel confident, be courageous and assertive. This vision is incorporated in every part of my entrepreneurial, networking, private and family life. When asked what is most important to her the answer will always be, to help girls have confidence, courage and clarity. Years of experience have enlightened her in that when the pressure is raises the level of self confidence drops. The education system today is as fast paced as the business world and is designed to groom our youth quickly to step up and add value. Therefore there is an increasing need to provide the younger generation of girls, support to become confident, courageous, and for them to gain clarity over their life and future. By applying her accumulated knowledge and experience it is her personal mission to enable the closing of the gender gap and secure equal rights and education for ALL girls.
She has set out to equip young women with skills they need to thrive in today’s education system and the ever changing world they live in.
Sascha Fogel has created a girls only community to foster a culture of support for girls globally, a safe space for them to play around with bravery and courage. Sassy Girl Global is an Online Community with the purpose to EMPOWER girls and to boost their Confidence, Courage and Clarity. It’s girls only and a safe space to share ideas, thoughts, advice and support while going through life and school. This group is to support and help girls get and do whatever they want in life and their academics and learn how to navigate the goals they set for themselves.
This is a safe space to Be Smart, Be Sassy, Be YOU! Alongside working with and on creating a strong community for girls to grow and feel empowered. Her own and run Sassy Training & Coaching where she work as a Student mentor and career coach for young professionals. She help them clarify and establish personal, education and career goals and help implement effective strategies to ensure goals are met. She can help remove uncertainty, restore self-confidence and provide coaching and mentoring throughout the programs her offer.
