I’m Sarah. I grew up in London, but I have been living in India for the past two and a half years. I am a passionate home cook and love creating recipes that celebrate all the amazing produce that is grown in India, drawing on flavours and techniques from all over the world. I am passionate about health and wellness. I live an active lifestyle- I play football, lift weights and enjoy mountain biking, I love eating and cooking, and travelling all around India exploring the country.
