Sara-Kristina Hannig Nour

Sara K. Hannig Nour is an agro-entrepreneur dedicated to the development of organic farming. She is a passionate and driven individual that has shown throughout her life a willingness to take on great challenges with confidence. Moving from her home country of Switzerland to Egypt in her early adult years Sara quickly began learning Arabic. Once becoming proficient she turned her attention to developing a family run farm and transforming it into Egypt’s first farm-to-table produce delivery service. Sara believes access to good, nutritious food is a basic human right. Sara won the Cartier Women’s Initiative award for the MENA region in 2017.
