Sangeeta Goel – India

Sangeeta Goel is a Research Fellow in Public Policy and Governance at Management Development Institute, Gurgaon, India. Besides being a civil services officer by profession, she also holds an M.Sc. degree in Public Policy and Management from Carnegie Mellon University. Recently she has been awarded ‘2013 Emerald/IAM South Asia Management Research Award’ for her research work on Subtle Sexism in Public Organizations. Her research focuses on Bureaucratic attitudes, Gender and Public Policy. She has also presented papers in International conferences held in USA, Pakistan, Sri Lanka and Istanbul. She has contributed papers and teaching cases in international peer reviewed journals and conference proceedings.
