Ruchira Dabas

After almost two decades in the corporate world across US and India, Ruchira has dedicated herself to promoting whole-food plant-based nutrition as a means of reversing lifestyle diseases without any pharmacological interventions.

She is focused on leveraging her experience as a former banker (Citibank) and consulting partner (KPMG) to bring business acumen, funding support and corporate networks to help disseminate the health benefits of plant-based nutrition to a much larger audience for wider impact.

She is certified in plant-based nutrition from the T. Colin Campbell Centre for Nutritional Studies and eCornell, New York. Before embarking on her journey to become a certified nutritionist, Ruchira had successfully addressed her own health concerns solely through nutritional intervention.

Ruchira holds an MBA with distinction from the University of Michigan, Ann Arbor and a Masters in Economics from the Delhi School of Economics, Delhi University.
