Robyn Woodman, is the Creator of The Art of The Shift, specializing in guiding women of all ages to transform into the best version — of themselves. After spending much of her life denying who she was and playing small according to how others wanted her to live her life, Robyn was miserable. Unhappy and out of touch with who she was, she experienced a life shift brought on by the sudden death of her husband combined with the discovery of his chronic cheating. Since the death of her husband over 12 years ago she’s been expanding the concept of what’s possible for this life. She now lives half time in Italy and the other half in the States. A writer, speaker, and personal growth coach she works internationally to inspire and encourage women in all stages of their life to prioritize themselves and craft an intentional life.
